What Child Is This?
Matthew 2:11
After coming into the house they saw the Child with Mary His mother; and they fell to the ground and worshiped Him. Then, opening their treasures, they presented to Him gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh.
Luke 2:34-35
And Simeon blessed them and said to Mary His mother,
“Behold, this Child is appointed for the fall and rise of many in Israel, and for a sign to be opposed —
and a sword will pierce even your own soul —
to the end that thoughts from many hearts may be revealed.”
Luke 2:18-19
And all who heard it wondered at the things which were told them by the shepherds.
But Mary treasured all these things, pondering them in her heart.
